For this client, I used a Goldwell level 8N +8GB with a 20VOL developer on her regrowth! As you can see in her before picture she doesn't need more hi liting! So to create what looks to be
hi lites I used her base color with both weaving and slicing technique using plastic film to separate the hair. Total processing time of 45 minutes.
