Fresh Hi-Lites no Bleach!

This client has a great deal of fading from her last color service. She sees me between 6 and 7 weeks. How I bring out these hi-lites without bleach. First apply desired color to her regrowth. While the regrowth color is processing I mix up her target color plus some 10vol developer, a drop of Olaplex #1 to protect the mid shaft and ends in the same bowl with leftover color. Then apply where desired to create her hi-lites. I use FILM /plastic to apply color instead of foil. I like the way the FILM holds in place while I do the application. I'm able to apply quicker!
